During this time, Memento will be completely inaccessible — schools and publishers will not be able to work on yearbooks or access existing proofs. Please plan ahead to minimize any disruption.

This summer’s maintenance isn’t just routine — Memento has seen tremendous growth, and we’re upgrading our systems to deliver faster performance, improved stability, and prepare for exciting new features launching for the 2025–26 season.

Full HEIC image support: We’ve resolved the compatibility issues with Apple’s HEIC file format — no more upload problems.
Faster photo uploads and processing: Enjoy a smoother and more efficient experience when working with images.
Faster feature rollouts: The improved infrastructure will allow us to release more frequent updates during the school year.
